Olivia is a native of Chackbay/Thibodaux in south Louisiana, where she was raised in a close-knit community rooted in family, faith, and strong values. Those early influences continue to shape her work ethic and dedication to serving others. She now calls West Monroe, Louisiana home, where she carries forward her deep Cajun roots through her faith, family life, and commitment to community.

Olivia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Louisiana State University in 2013, with a minor in Biological Sciences. She later completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2017 and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting in 2022, further strengthening her professional skill set.

At Niswanger Law LLC, Olivia supports legal operations with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and client-centered service. Her multidisciplinary educational background allows her to approach legal matters with analytical precision and practical business insight. As a commissioned Notary Public, she also assists clients with notarization services, ensuring accuracy and compliance in important legal documents.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fishing and hunting.
