Sharon was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and has lived in the Monroe/West Monroe area for 51 years. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Robert, for 45 years. They have three children, Jeremy, Jennifer and Sarah, and eleven grandchildren. Sharon and her husband attend Family Church of West Monroe, Louisiana.

Sharon has been in management for 30 years. After working for Coldwell Banker Group One Realty for 15 years, she felt God call her to a career change. She accepted the position of Office Manager with Niswanger Law LLC in November 2017, and since then has been responsible for insuring each client has a positive experience.
